She heads an experienced team servicing clients across ITeS, IT, Retail & BFSI sectors with specialization in the ITeS domain. Brings excellent domain expertise of these sectors with many years of consulting experience. She is a member of the Leadership team of PSCL & is associated with them from the time of inception.

Dr.Uma spearheads the OD initiatives for PeopleSmart & is also a skilled Coach conducting coaching for Corporate Executives. She brings with her a variety of skills, including those of a deep understanding of Organizational processes, Client processes, Management engagements,Talent availability & aspirations and Relationship management.She has to her credit a strong list of mandate fulfillments, Senior level Search successes & credibility with clients across several sectors.
