Sandip is Assistant Manager, Client Development for Research and Analytics. Sandip has mixed the expertise he has from the sales and marketing background of IT services and business consulting with the research and analytics team. His responsibility is to expand business, build and maintain relationship with clients in these sectors. With a strong focus on the revenue and profitability he likes to accomplish every critical approach in his own methodology rather than following a much trodden path.

Prior to joining PeopleSmart, Sandip has operated in the Business Development team of Allied Worldwide Business Solution, a global IT consulting company. He is a very efficient team player and some of his major achievements include the seamless implementation and transformation of the business process of a fortune 100 company from UK to India applying co-sourcing and outsourcing in optimum proportion.

Sandip holds a bachelor degree from Calcutta University majoring in Chemistry and two post graduate degrees in Business Management and Information Technology from Bangalore University and Symbiosis respectively.
